Conduct legal research

Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Interview clients and eyewitnesses
Report case status to clients
Maintain significant client interaction
Qualification
Required
Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred
Admitted to practice in Florida
Strong academic credentials
Litigation experience
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
Preferred
Experience handling product liability or high-exposure cases
Familiarity with construction or premises liability matters
