Responsibilities
Make diligent service attempts:
Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
Utilize ProVest mobile applications to:
Upload photo evidence of addresses
Submit detailed attempt notes
Record service or non-service outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments
Judge signed court appointments
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Active auto insurance
Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
Strong communication and documentation skills
