Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment plans
Draft and review demand packages
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
Collaborate with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
Maintain detailed notes and case activity in the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar License and in good standing
Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Preferred
Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
