Responsibilities

Design and implement data schemas in Adobe Experience Platform to support business requirements and use cases
Lead data integration initiatives within AEP, ensuring seamless connectivity with various data sources and systems
Configure and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, schemas, and integration processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained throughout the Adobe Experience Cloud implementation
Monitor and optimise platform performance and data workflows

Required

Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform implementation and configuration
Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including journey orchestration and campaign management
Hands-on experience with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
Proficiency in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation and reporting
Strong understanding of data integration patterns and ETL processes
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance best practices

Preferred

Adobe Experience Platform certifications
Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud products for ex Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics
Understanding of marketing automation and customer experience principles
Background in digital marketing technology implementation
Experience with API integration and web technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
