Responsibilities

Lead a team, negotiate agreements on behalf of the company with our CPG partners
Forge partnerships that drive strong growth for our manufacturers and their advertising partners
Manage a team that will be tasked to deliver on the defined revenue targets for Shipt’s CPG accounts
Identify, contact and establish relationships with new and existing partners and respective decision makers at CPG manufacturers, their respective advertising agencies and other emerging verticals
Negotiate and manage master services agreements that enable robust CPG partnerships to tap into the potential of Shipt's marketplace and respective members
Develop insights-led sales partner meetings to convey the value of partnering together to reach members in each step of the Shipt marketplace experience
Collaborate with cross-functional Shipt teams to maximize the partnership capabilities in the pre-sale process
Work with direct reports on monthly, quarterly and annual planning and budgeting processes based on existing and new partner feedback

Required

1 year experience leading teams
Strong negotiation skills
Strong sales acumen and a proven self-starter mindset
Demonstrated high level of initiative and organization, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable
Ability to communicate advertising and technology functions effectively, verbally and in writing (including comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office)
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time

Preferred

7 years of industry experience; CPG and sales experience preferred
Prior experience working in CPG, market research, retail, advertising or marketing technology, consulting, agency or software and technology
