Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with consolidations and intercompany eliminations
Support SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, and other filings), if applicable
Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of general ledger activity
Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of accounting positions
Partner with FP&A and other departments to ensure proper financial reporting
Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the reporting function
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate financial reporting
3+ years of accounting experience
CPA or parts passed
SEC experience
