Part-Time Lecturer - Human Resources (Boston)

Responsibilities
Qualified candidates must be prepared to work with global student populations
Teach graduate courses in Human Resources Management, which may include (but are not limited to) topics such as talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and strategic HR management
Engage in curriculum development, ensuring course content remains current and relevant to industry trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Significant industry experience in HR Management, preferably at a managerial or executive level, demonstrating an ability to translate practical experience into classroom teaching
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment; demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
Preferred
A terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, or a closely related field is preferred; a master's degree in a related field will also be considered
Experience teaching at the graduate level, including familiarity with online or hybrid teaching methods, is strongly preferred
Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) and active engagement with professional HR networks are desirable
