Responsibilities
Be the advocate for our customers and understand the needs of our community to build delightful experiences
Break down complex challenges into a clear sequence of actions, make trade-off decisions while balancing the nuances of implementation details and time-to-market needs, and get cross-functional teams on board
Use UX Research, market research, A/B Testing, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions. You will work with designers, engineers and other stakeholders and your job will be to make sure research and data is at the table so the best decisions are made
Lead product vision, Cost / ROI analysis, strategy, development, and successful execution of new product initiatives and features to drive IMPACT. Lead the team through defining, identifying and tracking appropriate product and business metrics that are aligned with user goals
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, research, security, legal, and other teams to build out amazing products
Articulate the problem you’re solving, the vision you are going after, write crisp and clear requirements and communicate the challenges and constraints to senior management and various stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a MBA degree in a college or university program
Strong communicator with the ability to bring people together to define a common vision and plan for action
Have a keen sense for defining user problems and evaluating solutions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
