Responsibilities

Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

Handles escalated claim issues for all clients timely and efficiently

Able to document all interactions with members via internal processes

Able to participate in client meetings such as health fairs and open enrollment

Able to develop an understanding of enrollment systems to advise employees and front-line team of proper protocols

Able to develop an understanding of benefit policies and can educate members on how their plans work

Assists CM team during open enrollment to answer member questions

Understands HIPAA and communicates with members in compliant methods

Interacts professionally and timely with Employee Benefits Team via email, phone, and in-person

Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail

Supports Employee Advocate Lead, Client Managers and entire team by completing tasks and activities with the ability to report on current workflow in a timely manner

Performs special projects as assigned

Required

Strong computer proficiency required

Experience with MS Office Suite required (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and InDesign)
