AMC Tax Manager

The AMC Tax Manager will lead the tax function in the Americas, ensuring compliance and driving tax optimization while collaborating with global tax leadership and regional teams.

Responsibilities
Build and lead the Robotics Tax function in Americas region and oversee the regional legal and tax structure
Ensure tax compliance across the region, implement global tax initiatives, and establish controls, processes, and risk frameworks
Drive effective tax rate (ETR) improvements, identify tax savings opportunities, and support simplification and efficiency initiatives
Act as Country Tax Responsible for selected countries — overseeing filings, approvals, audits, disputes, managing outsourced providers, internal controls, and other Country tax matters
Advise the business on tax implications of transactions, maintain strong relationships with external advisors and authorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision making and planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or law is required
10+ years minimum of proven experience in direct and/or indirect tax, ideally in multinational settings
Strong ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions
Excellent analytical capability and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder influence and engagement experience
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
