Analyst Marketing Analytics

The Analyst, Marketing Analytics will be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to provide insights that drive business decisions, collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing strategies and measure ROI.

Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (email, social, website, search, and loyalty programs)
Build dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting to track KPIs
Evaluate ROI, attribution, channel efficiency, and customer journey metrics
Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to measure impact and inform strategy
Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for marketing leadership
Identify trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data
Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
Partner with Brand, Digital, and CRM teams to optimize messaging and campaign design
Develop predictive models for customer behavior, demand forecasting, and campaign performance
Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and documentation for analytic models
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and deliver relevant insights

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in Marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytics role
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Proficiency developing PowerBI dashboards
Understanding of predictive modeling techniques (logistic regression, XGBoost, Random Forest, etc.)
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign analytics
Understanding of typical marketing ROI metric calculations (MMM, ROAS, incrementality, etc.)
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
