Digital Engagement Manager

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Population Intelligence & Digital Audience customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and renewal
Drive product adoption of the Population Intelligence platform and Digital Audiences, ensuring customers realize value and achieve desired outcomes
Lead renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions with client goals
Monitor customer health, proactively addressing risks to retention and satisfaction by developing customer success plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
Partner with agency teams to support campaign planning, audience activation, and performance optimization, providing guidance on how to use our data and platform for each use case
Build strong relationships with agency clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor in audience targeting, campaign workflows, and compliance
Partner with agencies to understand the brands they support, identify budgets and upcoming campaigns, and translate healthcare insights into digital activation strategies
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency in audience activation and customer engagement
Develop case studies, training guides, and documentation to support customer enablement
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Media & Audience Strategy & Operations, Technical Delivery Consultants, Marketing, CXS) to deliver consistent and high-value customer experience
Translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams, including product, marketing, and data science
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology, with experience supporting agency customers
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts
Strong understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows and multi-channel campaign execution
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards
Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a start-up mindset
Preferred
Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data or SaaS strongly preferred
