Responsibilities

Assist in ideating, presenting, and activating multi-platform partnership opportunities across linear, digital, and social channels that connect NBCUniversal’s advertising clients to Telemundo’s diverse content portfolio — from hit series and reality shows to awards shows and news programming
Support the Telemundo Creative Partnerships team in brainstorming, researching, and developing partnership concepts aligned with client objectives and network content
Assist in preparing and designing client presentations, creative proposals, and recap materials
Coordinate logistics for campaign execution, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and creative assets across internal teams (Sales, Production, Digital, Social, Programming, and Legal)
Help manage day-to-day communication between internal stakeholders to ensure smooth activation of sponsorships and branded content
Monitor campaign performance, gather results, and contribute to post-campaign reporting and insights
Maintain an organized library of case studies, creative examples, and partnership materials
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities within the Hispanic media landscape
Assist department VP by providing day-to-day operational support

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience (internship or related experience in marketing, media, or entertainment preferred)

Preferred

Spanish language skills a plus due to client needs
