The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for creating reconciliations, conducting profitability analysis, preparing variance analysis, and supporting forecasting and accounting teams.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain reconciliations for owned inventory accounts
Open inventory requisitions for new deals
Create deal profitability analysis and update regularly
Prepare variance analysis and commentary to be presented in CFO meetings
Prepare forecast for one off items such as bonus media, pact and loyalty agreements
Create flash actuals and forecast reporting via Excel and Powerpoint
Support forecasting team with client level review and variance analysis
Support accounting team with agency reporting deadlines including month end close, forecasts, and regulatory filings
Qualification
Required
4+ years of applicable accounting and/or finance experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate independently and in a collaborative environment
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles including GAAP, IFRS, Debits/Credits, Accrual Accounting, Variance Analysis, and Financial Reporting
Strong MS Excel skills (Power Query, Lookups, Pivot Tables)
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Results-oriented, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate effectively in a collaborative and matrixed environment
A cross-functional leader with excellent interpersonal and communications skills who can quickly build rapport, establish trust, and develop effective working relationships
Preferred
Familiarity using financial reporting (HFM), accounting (SAP) and media billing systems is a plus
