Responsibilities

Performing Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively

Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures

Monitoring Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes

Working in a team environment and effectively communicating throughout organization

Required

Any 2-year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience (no cert, passes test) or 4 years equivalent technical Military service

Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Ability to quickly adapt in a continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment

Familiarity with TPM concepts

Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs

Ability to work off-hours if necessary

Electro-mechanical aptitude, Basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity
