Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sold opportunities
Develop and deliver effective virtual sales presentations
Conduct virtual consultations to provide accurate estimates of services
Create competitive pricing packages to meet customer needs
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation
Consistently meet or exceed sales performance goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two to five years of direct sales experience required
Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently to ensure accurate estimates and pricing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing demands
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
Preferred
Moving/logistics and or service industry experience a plus
