Comrise is partnering with an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing organization to hire a Technical Program Manager who will drive high-level cross-functional program execution. The role involves supporting programs that develop, validate, and improve the company’s autonomous driving system, ensuring effective communication and delivery across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of the software roadmap and align teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and tracking frameworks to monitor progress, risks, and the health of long-running programs
Run status meetings and deliver clear stakeholder updates while managing Jira workflows, issue tracking, and bug resolution
Establish scalable delivery processes, standards, and best practices to support internal delivery of autonomy and cloud software technologies
Facilitate cross-functional decisions, resolve dependencies, and unblock teams to keep programs moving
Collaborate with department managers to translate strategy into actionable plans, with strong technical understanding of platforms, SDLC, and test operations
Drive execution of the software roadmap, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines
Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks to track progress, performance, and overall program health
Manage the issue and bug tracking processes for the Autonomy and Product Software teams, including prioritization and resolution within Jira
Lead and implement initiatives that improve execution and establish best practices across the software development lifecycle
Facilitate cross-functional alignment, resolve dependencies, and support decision-making across engineering teams
Translate high-level strategy into detailed, actionable plans and deliverables
Maintain a strong technical understanding of vehicle platforms, SDLC stages, and test operations to ensure effective program management

Required

BS or MS in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in engineering or program management focused on product development roadmaps
Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other complex safety-critical systems is a major advantage
Proven success executing complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end
Expert-level proficiency in Jira for managing complex software development processes
Strong roadmapping skills, with the ability to break down strategic plans into clear, actionable steps
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and lead teams through ambiguity

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification
Experience creating and scaling engineering or operational processes from the ground up
Experience working in a high-growth company
Ability to provide clear and concise communication tailored to both technical and leadership audiences
