AtlantiCare is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Applications Specialist to liaise between marketing, service lines, and technology. This role involves overseeing the software development life cycle and ensuring effective administration of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between marketing, service lines and technology
Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release and support for products serving institutional end users
Responsible for point and click administration and configuration of key systems

Required

Bachelor's Degree required preferably in a business, computer or information technology, or related field

Preferred

Previous Customer Relationship Management administration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) experience
Salesforce experience (Marketing Cloud, Health Service Cloud, Ad Studio, Datorama)
Previous experience working in an agile environment
