Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership
Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence
Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning
During the first year you will be a road warrior working and learning in several different departments in various facilities across the state....from Athens to Mobile
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics and the drive to inspire teams
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with staff, residents, and families
Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree
Preferred
Individuals with a concentration in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing or Business Management is required
Having held or holding leadership positions, whether it be sorority/fraternity, class officer, club officer or an athletic background will set you up for success in this role
