Admin Specialist
GardaWorld Federal Services is seeking an Admin Specialist to provide administrative support to the Project. The role involves in-processing new employees, scheduling, time sheets, and maintaining compliance with guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities
Receive and orient new employees and provide them with a welcome brief
Create a fair and balanced schedule for Project employees
Assist employees with timesheets, PTO requests, and other administrative duties
Maintain positive, supportive, and respectful resident relations
Follow and enforce Company and Project guidelines, policies, and procedures
Work cooperatively and effectively with other staff members
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Responsible for records keeping, resource coordination, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with government regulations
Attend meetings, compile, and submit required reports, and other tasks as assigned
Assists the Project Manager with daily administrative and logistical taskings
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of administrative experience within the U.S. military, a U.S. government contract, or the private security industry
Previous experience working in a deployed position
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and other project members
Ability to use sound judgement and perform job duties with minimal supervision
Ability to navigate Microsoft Office products, specifically, Outlook email, Word and Excel. Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel required
Excellent attention to detail to procedures, processes, and policies
Must be able to work a 12-hour shift during the week including weekends, holidays, and overnights
