Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, timelines, and documentation
Serve as an interdepartmental liaison to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Support continuing education, workforce development, and other academic initiatives
Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up with stakeholders
Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track
Prepare reports, presentations, and visual content as needed (using Microsoft Office and Canva)
Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation
Provide general administrative assistance to the Director of Academics
Adapt to evolving department needs and contribute to new initiatives as assigned
Assist with drafting, editing, and preparing grant applications, proposals, and other formal reports as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Administration, Healthcare, Education, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with grant writing or proposal preparation is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance methods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Canva
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, education, or workforce development is preferred but not required
