Senior Financial Analyst
Tenneco is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Analyst – Treasury FP&A to lead Global treasury FP&A activities for the Performance Solutions Business. This role involves driving cash strategy, net working capital management, and enhancing A/R efficiency while collaborating with various teams to provide accurate cash forecasting and automate cash reporting.

Responsibilities
Build and consolidate the weekly DCF reporting; manage risks & opportunities
Collaborate with Business unit cash leaders to ensure accurate cash forecasting and optimal cash positioning
Enhance visibility by gathering high-value comments on variances and reconciliation between DCF and IDCF
Drive continuous improvement in direct cash forecasting by collaborating with Shared Services, IT, Transformation and corporate FP&A
Establish metrics and KPIs to track and enhance cash flow performance at all levels of the organization
Build and consolidate the monthly outlier liquidity reporting
Collaborate with regional cash leaders to ensure accurate cash forecasting, risks & opportunity tracking, variance analysis and optimal cash positioning
Manage cash repatriation process and work with plant and regional cash leaders as well as tax team for timely movement of liquidity for different Tenneco locations to US
Prepare and submit monthly liquidity ELT and PE DRs
Support IDCF FP&A ad-hoc requests
Implement and automate DCF & Liquidity process; drive a culture of excellence in FP&A processes
Support best practice sharing sessions and workouts across plants
Support special projects, M&A, FX, Factoring, disentanglement, bank consolidation & Other
Assist with audits, SOX documentation and various ad hoc requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance from an accredited university required
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Cash, Treasury or related roles, with evidence of success/accomplishment
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Advanced proficiency in excel, financial modeling and FP&A systems such as OneStream (preferred), BI tools, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate at all levels
Ability to work at strategic level but also deliver practical solutions
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Highly organized and detail oriented
Demonstrated leadership and hands-on management style – will be managing employees
Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment
Eligibility to work in the US is required
Preferred
MBA or related advanced degree/certification highly desired in statistics, mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
Advanced proficiency in excel, financial modeling and FP&A systems such as OneStream (preferred), BI tools, or similar tools
