Responsibilities

Run the cadence: Lead weekly forecasts, growth meetings (EGR), and team calls—set agendas, secure inputs, capture decisions, and follow through on actions
Forecast operations: Orchestrate timely seller inputs, reconcile assumptions, and ensure accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce by the weekly cutoff. (Account owners own their numbers; you coordinate, validate, and publish.)
Initiative tracking: Track growth initiatives end-to-end (idea → partner alignment → executive approval → implementation → impact) with clear owners, dates, and status
SharePoint as source of truth: Maintain organized, current SharePoint pages for leadership and the team (forecasts, initiative tracker, decision log, operating calendar, and slide library)
Executive presentations: Build and refine decision-ready decks for internal and partner meetings—storyline, visuals, and speaker notes—using a version-controlled slide library
Cross-functional follow-through: Drive alignment and close loops with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing; escalate risks early with options and recommendations
Light finance & compliance: Tie forecasts to key drivers (attach, activation, retention, revenue-share) and coordinate with Finance and Legal/Privacy on close and required approvals
