Responsibilities
Applications Software Maintenance - Monitor, identify, and correct the most-complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software
Application Software Development - Develop existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new applications to meet customer requirements
HR Data Management - Specify, develop, and test HR data collection procedures and tools within an area of HR practice to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements
Information and Business Advice - Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others
Leadership and Direction - Explain the local action plan, to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done, and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy, mission, and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals
Budgeting - Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas of the organization
Improvement/Innovation - Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures, then deliver a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager
Performance Management - Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal performance. Or manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold people accountable for achieving them, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives
Organizational Capability Building - Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs. Plan and implement actions to build their capabilities. Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential
Systems and Unit Testing - Deliver results within established overall frameworks and procedural improvements
Qualification
Required
Over 3 years to 6 years of experience dealing with the majority of situations and advising others
Over 3 years to 6 years of experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives
Bachelor's degree
Advanced knowledge in Assessment
Advanced knowledge in Program Installation, Versioning, and Configuration
Experienced in Presentation Skills
Experienced in Verbal Communication
Advanced knowledge in Information Management
