Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Lead Product Data Management Engineer to support the Systems Engineering Integration & Test Team. The successful candidate will manage the generation of technical data packages and ensure compliance with customer requirements and Boeing practices.

Responsibilities

Generate technical data packages (TDP) containing contractually deliverable product design definition data to satisfy Customer requirements in compliance with Boeing practices

Interpretation and communication of TDP requirements and work scope

Utilization of Product Data Management (PDM) system and other IT systems/resources to generate TDP content

Evaluation of data markings

Providing TDP guidance

Qualification

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

9+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

5+ years using Excel to perform data analysis

5+ years using data collection techniques

Preferred

Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development as well as process improvement

Ability to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks; an understanding of the cultures of organizations and ability to apply this information in a way that strengthens the organization's strategic plan and profitability

Attention to detail

Excellent spoken and written communication across organizations

Use of scripting to collect data
