Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll projects
Lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live
Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery
Advise clients on best practices and map business processes to Oracle-delivered functionality
Communicate project deliverables clearly and drive progress toward milestones
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery models

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Lead role

Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in remote and client-facing environments
English: Proficient

Preferred

Professional certifications such as PHR, CCP, FPC, or CPP
Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS experience
