Responsibilities

Lead the review of monthly performance with corporate leaders, including the interpretation of financial performance (balance sheet, P&L & cash flow) compared to Plan, Prior Year and Prior Outlook
Drive initiatives to enhance financial performance - identify, research and analyze critical financial drivers, risks, and opportunities
Analyze, forecast, and present financial data to corporate leaders on a monthly basis
Partner with Internal Customers to establish and maintain metrics for cost savings, process improvement, and management reporting
Provide leadership to ensure financial plans are cohesive and aligned to overall Enterprise strategy
Prepare and maintain financial models, including evaluating key assumptions, building scenarios and performing sensitivity analyses
Provide finance support for key strategic initiatives and develop ad-hoc analyses
Interact with a broad spectrum of cross-functional and geographically diverse colleagues
Perform other related projects and duties as requested

Required

Bachelor's degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting within a public company of similar structure and complexity to AECOM or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Strong capabilities in business analytics tools
Very strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statements, key financial ratios, valuation models and techniques
High proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel; experience involving extensive work with complex spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to establish strong working relationships. Effective at building appropriate rapport and interacting with a broad spectrum of cross-functional and geographically diverse colleagues
Solid business acumen and ability to convey complex concepts
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and work successfully both independently and in a team

Preferred

Experience with Cognos, TM1, Oracle, eProcurement systems and Hyperion a plus
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
MBA or CPA is a plus
Experience interacting with senior leadership, adaptable to interact regularly with various levels of the organization
Experience leading a team including direct reports
