Senior Director, Brand Partnerships (Sales Position - Maternity Coverage)
Influencer is a global creator marketing agency on a mission to shape the future of marketing by humanizing brands. The Senior Director, Brand Partnerships will be responsible for building, growing, and managing key brand direct, agency, and platform relationships to drive significant revenue growth within the North America business during a maternity coverage period.

Responsibilities
Aggressively grow and develop existing brand and agency relationships to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets specifically allocated to the Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage verticals during the coverage period
Strategically identify new opportunities within the existing client base and proactively build a qualified new business pipeline through deep relationship building and aligning our solutions with key brand KPIs
Own the end-to-end sales process from initial strategic outreach through pitching, negotiation, closing, and securing renewals
Provide accurate and timely weekly reporting and sales forecasting to the VP, Partnerships regarding sales performance, pipeline health, and progress toward revenue goals
Ideate, build, and present tailored strategic action plans for both retained clients and new prospects, ensuring our solutions are precisely aligned with market trends and client needs
Proactively track and report on competitor activity and market shifts. Utilize industry knowledge to identify potential new segments and areas for immediate market share growth within the assigned verticals
Partner closely with the VP, Partnerships to execute on sales strategies, overcome roadblocks, and drive critical revenue opportunities to close
Work directly with the VP, Partnerships and the VP, Client Services to ensure and maintain a consistently high level of client service and satisfaction across all inherited accounts, prioritizing account stability and renewal success
Ensure meticulous documentation and handoff preparation to facilitate a smooth return for the original team members at the conclusion of the coverage period
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8+ years of successful experience in digital advertising sales, ideally with direct exposure to influencer marketing and high-value brand partnerships
A strong, verifiable track record of consistently delivering and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals, coupled with the ability to strategically build, manage, and accelerate a healthy sales pipeline
Significant experience selling directly to top-tier brands and agencies, demonstrating strong client relationship-building skills essential for managing and growing inherited accounts
Proven experience or deep understanding of selling into the key verticals for this role: Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage
Skilled in comprehensive sales strategy, with the ability to assess the current business landscape, understand competitive dynamics, and outline clear steps for market share acquisition and revenue execution
Excellent proposal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the confidence and ability to articulate complex strategies to C-level internal and external stakeholders
Strong command of sales finance, targets, forecasting, and the commercial levers necessary to drive profitable growth
Proven ability to act as a self-starter, taking immediate control of commercial opportunities, demonstrating high accountability, and operating with minimal day-to-day oversight
An eager, adaptable, and flexible approach to learning and operating within a fast-paced, high-change environment, viewing the maternity cover period as a foundational step for long-term career growth
