Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify and prioritize processes for automation and AI integration

Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, translating needs into technical requirements

Develop a roadmap for AI and Power Platform adoption aligned with strategic goals, starting with low-risk, high impact projects

Design and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Collaborate with external consultants and vendors on complex implementations

Build and implement AI agents or copilots for employee support and customer interactions

Create Power BI dashboards and reports to measure performance and ROI

Work with risk and compliance teams to establish governance frameworks ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects

Document AI models, workflows, and decision-making processes for transparency and auditability

Develop and deliver AI literacy and training programs for end-users and IT staff

Act as a change agent, promoting automation benefits and building departmental AI ambassadors

Gather feedback and iterate solutions for successful adoption and continuous improvement
