Inside Sales Engineer/Specialist - Pump Solutions

The Inside Sales Engineer/Specialist will work closely with customers to develop solutions, provide quotes, and support the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products
Develop solutions to meet customer needs
Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process
Support the outside sales team in meeting customer expectations
Work in a fast-paced environment reacting to customer demand
Qualification
Required
Will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
Will have working knowledge of pumps, valves, instrumentation, controls and relevant industries
Will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market
Will possess negotiation skills
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be a team player able to work closely with account managers and employees from other business units
