Noto is building an AI native operating system for after school businesses, aiming to empower small business owners with a unified platform. The Founding BizOps Lead will partner with the CEO to establish operational processes that support the company's growth and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Drive operational execution — build and manage company-wide processes, run planning cadences, ensure teams stay aligned, and keep our priorities moving with speed and clarity

Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and GTM to surface insights, streamline workflows, and strengthen how information flows across the company

Build with ownership — take on ambiguous, high-impact projects end-to-end: from diagnosing bottlenecks to designing solutions to implementing and measuring results

Shape company strategy & systems — develop the operating models, dashboards, rituals, and decision frameworks that will support Noto’s next three years of growth

Unblock and empower the team — act as a first-line problem solver for operational, analytical, and strategic questions, helping teams move faster and make better decisions

Required

Comfortable owning and leading complex, cross-functional projects from idea to execution

Deeply motivated by helping small businesses succeed and energized by spending time with users

2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, BizOps, Chief of Staff roles, or other analytical/operational functions

Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills — comfortable with data, process design, dashboards, and operational tooling (Notion, HubSpot, SQL a plus)
