Responsibilities

Orchestrating, managing, and maintaining complex calendars and travel arrangements
Planning client and internal meetings, conferences, and events

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in roles involving complex calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling across time zones, preferably in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to handle high-volume email correspondence, draft professional responses, and manage follow-ups with discretion
Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and discretion in building trust-based relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Collaborative mindset, working effectively across teams, regions, and levels of seniority to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Self-motivated and driven, taking ownership of tasks and seeking opportunities to add value and improve processes
Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize demands effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence, ensuring accuracy and structure in all tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
Professional presence and polished communication skills, representing senior leaders with confidence, discretion, and tact
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (60% in-office), with increased in-office presence during onboarding
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent) for verbal and written communication

University degree or equivalent qualification preferred
