The Supply Chain Intern will assist the planning and demand planning team, focusing on data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to address supply chain challenges and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting historical sales, inventory, and market trend data to support the development of accurate demand forecasts

Support the monitoring and management of inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory costs

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, demand variability, and inventory performance for management review

Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Logistics) to gather insights, validate forecast assumptions, and align on production and supply plans

Participate in projects aimed at improving existing supply chain and demand planning processes, which may include documenting new workflows or testing new forecasting tools

Help ensure data integrity within supply chain systems (e.g., ERP, demand planning software) and support any ongoing system updates or automation initiatives
