Responsibilities
Manage and close sophisticated commercial transactions, including land, retail, office, industrial, and multi-property portfolio deals
Work closely with attorneys, title agents, escrow officers, and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the escrow process
Review and interpret commercial contracts to establish timelines, tasks, and process new orders
Prepare and review closing documents, process post-closing documentation
Ensure all escrow funds are properly received, safeguarded, reconciled, and disbursed in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations
Maintain accountability for escrow files, records, and retention systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of commercial escrow experience with a focus on processing and/or closing and post-closing responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Qualia
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Work both independently and as part of a team – including coordinating between team members at other Company offices
