Responsibilities

Assist S&R Ops staff with various AP Reading preparation and post-Reading tasks
Assist with 'standing up' and 'breaking down' assigned Reading Site(s)
Schedule AP Readers and Leaders daily
Monitor, report, and perform other administrative tasks in ONE (ETS proprietary web application)
Review scoring progress reports
Support time tracking and approval tasks
Assist S&R Ops team in meeting Project Objectives
Provide limited computer assistance to Readers

Required

At least 18 years old and currently in college
Mature, responsible, and reliable
Task- and detail-oriented
Clear communicators with strong customer-service and inter-personal skills
Able to engage with AP Readers in a professional, effective manner
Good team players who can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Computer savvy, with basic experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams) and Zoom, and the ability to troubleshoot issues
