This role involves coordinating photo and video shoots, scheduling talent, and ensuring that projects are organized and on track.

Responsibilities
Coordinate photo and video shoots from start to finish, keeping them organized and on schedule
Schedule shoots, book models and make sure any products or props required for the shoot are ready on time
Communicate with teams by phone and email to keep projects moving
Run products between our corporate office and studio as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant previous experience in Photography studio or corporate advertising / communications
Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management and workflow systems
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
