Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle including project planning, goal setting, managing schedules, and coordinating resources to ensure projects are completed to specification, within the established timeframe, and budget

Closely partner with functions across the enterprise to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Managing vendors to procure staffing, licenses, tools, and other consulting services

Required

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas/Johnson City TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4+ years in the technology industry with professional Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Business Analyst experience including project Initiation, Planning, Tracking, Delivery and Closure, preferably related to application development, infrastructure / architecture and / or research

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HP PPM, MS Office tools, PowerBI

Experience in IAM, Azure

Experience delivering software development projects implemented using Waterfall and agile methodologies

Experience with Release Planning and Management, Risk and Issue Identification and Management, Software Development Quality Management, Resource Identification and Planning, and Stakeholder Communication

Experience managing vendors to procure staffing, licenses, tools, and other consulting services
