Responsibilities

Lead and deliver small engagements or components of larger, more complex Finance Transformation engagements (related to Enterprise Performance Management) by identifying, designing, and implementing creative business and technology solutions for large companies

Deliver tailored finance solutions by understanding client needs

Diagnose issues and generate insights using advanced analytics

Ensure quality deliverables and team performance

Present data-driven recommendations

Support business development proposals

Mentor and develop teams

Qualification

Oracle EPM CloudFinance business processesConsulting experienceClient-facing rolePresales activitiesAdvanced degreeMentorship

Required

6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment

Led 2+ full cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS, Business Rules)

3+ years' experience managing finance business processes and reporting requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients / industry sectors you serve

Preferred

3+ years' experience in a client-facing role

1+ years of involvement in presales, proposals, and RFP activities

3+ years of mentoring and counseling junior staff

Advanced degree
