Responsibilities

Ensure a "Safety First" attitude and maintain positive communication with clients

Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments

Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, while anticipating and resolving conflicts

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensure optimal project progression

Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and effective communication with stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
