Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and ongoing website optimization using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry tools

Implement and refine AI agents and automation tools to improve website performance and user experience

Analyze website traffic, search rankings, keyword opportunities, and technical improvements to inform strategic recommendations

Build, maintain, and optimize website hierarchy + content structure for organic growth

Create and deploy schema markup to enhance SERP visibility and support advanced SEO features

Collaborate closely with PPC teams to align SEO and paid strategy for full-funnel performance

Partner with Project Managers and Designers to ensure SEO fundamentals are built into every new website

Manage tasks, reporting, and workflows in Monday.com

Provide SEO insights during client meetings and maintain 1:1 relationships with assigned accounts

Stay on top of emerging trends, Google's latest updates, and “what’s next” in organic search and AI-driven marketing

Assist in creating SEO-focused documentation, SOPs, and guidelines for internal teams
