They are seeking an RTL Design Intern to contribute to the SoC RTL integration team, focusing on the integration and verification of next-generation processors.

Responsibilities
Create the SoC for enterprise datacenter and AI processor products by integrating required co-processor IP
Write require interface IP to bridge IP as part of the integration flow
Verify designs and assist with SoC verification team to debug SoC level verification tests
Work with the physical design to break the SoC to smaller partitions, where applicable, to create functional subsystems for improved tool efficiency
Qualification
Required
Working towards a degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with a focus on logic, processor, memory system or integrated circuit design
Some familiarity with Hardware Description Languages (Verilog or VHDL)
Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, C, etc)
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
