Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for efficient import replenishment
Analyze market trends and supply chain dynamics to predict replenishment needs
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of imported goods
Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Utilize software tools for tracking and reporting on replenishment activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize import processes
Provide guidance and support to junior team members; may lead project teams or initiatives
Analyze global inventory levels and make strategic decisions to improve forecasting and inventory efficiency
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, import replenishment, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in vendor and customer management across global business units
Strategic thinker, self-starter, and effective team player
Proven ability to identify business issues and deliver results or solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive customer service experience for global business units
Excellent problem resolution skills, with a proven track record of proactive issue identification and resolution
On-time project management and product delivery
Advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with analytical tools and ERP systems
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
