Maintain a high level of guest service and hospitality
Provide a positive and seamless arrival and departure experience
Promptly and effectively field guest concerns or issues
Interact with guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy
Qualification
Required
A keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring
Strong communication skills
Hospitality or customer service experience highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
