Responsibilities
Lead master planning cycles and maintain baseline capability plans with strong change control
Consolidate inputs from departments to create aligned, feasible production plans
Identify and manage constraints such as facilities, tools, and staffing
Present planning scenarios to support executive decision-making
Oversee build plans for Assembly and Optical Fabrication
Resolve bottlenecks and ensure readiness for production starts
Set priorities for material releases and coordinate with logistics and supplier teams
Define and monitor inventory levels and lead reduction initiatives
Develop buffer strategies to support factory operations
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or business administration
At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or business operations
Proven leadership in operational planning or program management
Experience working with planning systems such as SAP or similar
A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cross-functional collaboration
Communicate clearly across all levels of the business
Analyze data and build models to support planning decisions
Collaborate with cross-sector teams to drive alignment
Lead with empathy and motivate diverse teams
Challenge assumptions respectfully and constructively
Translate strategy into actionable plans
Make sound decisions under pressure
Drive process improvements with measurable impact
