Facilities Services
Responsibilities
Conduct a full walkthrough of the building to verify cleaners completed all assigned tasks
Check common areas for cleanliness, odors, debris, or missed spots
Take photos of any issues and report them immediately
Perform light touch-ups only if absolutely necessary (not a cleaning role)
Inventory cleaning supplies and restock alert list
Communicate with the operations manager about any issues, damages, or supply needs
Occasionally meet cleaners on site to reinforce expectations
Qualification
Required
Reliable transportation to downtown Akron
Strong attention to detail
Ability to professionally communicate and document findings
Must be punctual and consistent — this role is time-sensitive
Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and submitting reports
Preferred
Prior cleaning or facilities experience is an asset but not required
