Required

A Bachelor's degree in electrical, civil, mechanical, or structural engineering (or related field)

At least 7 years of experience in substation engineering, design, and contract management, with a minimum of 5 years managing engineering/design teams

A Professional Engineer (PE) license and experience with programmatic project management

Strong experience with financial analysis, data management, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access)

Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time

A passion for business development and expanding client relationships

Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings, industry events, and national operations oversight
