Responsibilities

Performs analytical and evaluative work in support of office programs, management systems, and processes impacting one or more of the following functional areas: budget execution, congressional hearing management, contract administration, resource utilization, performance management and internal controls, program evaluation, human capital, correspondence management, records management, information collections, FOIA management, space management, and general administrative operations

Leads efforts to develop policies and procedures and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations

Provides advice and recommendations to the Office Director and Associate Director in their assigned functional area

Required

At least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
