Responsibilities
Support Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple genres of content
Facilitate communication and set team meetings
Support Post Executives in managing cuts distribution lists
Compare bids across shows and update post budget templates
Support Post Executives in organizing assets within the Post Asset Tracker and Airtable
Assist with Post Team training and workshops
Work closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices for Post Management Team
Qualification
Required
2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
3+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
3+ years of experience in physical production and post production
Organized and with great attention to detail
Preferred
Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
Experience with Airtable
Experience with Content Sharing Platforms (Flow Capture, Pix, Media Silo)
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
Interested in growing beyond the role
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Even-tempered, Collaborative
Willingness to travel as needed for show and team support
