Responsibilities
Technical execution of all phases of software development from requirements to test and integration
Leading a software team in an Agile development environment
Program planning including Integrated Master Schedule and budget development
Management of the software effort for cost and schedule (including Cost Account Manager responsibilities)
Working with the program team including program management, engineering management and other disciplines to ensure success
Performing estimates and participating in proposals for future business
Participating in staffing and hiring decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Secret Security Clearance (active in the past two years)
Background in software development in OO/C++
Demonstrated ability in all phases of software embedded development
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
Software project management experience including scheduling, budgeting, cost account management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of real-time embedded programming
Agile Development experience
Designing and/or implementing software algorithms
