Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Data Center Delivery
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee data center build projects. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project delivery while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Oversee data center build projects
Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones
Manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
Apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
Exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Preferred
Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology, or 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects
